TEAM BUILDING - RIPON RACECOURSE

For the past 100 years Ripon Racecourse has been the venue for many great races and now it is available to put your employees through their paces. Team Building is a key to learning to work together, we have the venue and many new ideas, games and innovative event solutions, whether you require a full days team building, a half day, a couple of hours or just a break during a conference.

A day of team building games that get the team working together in a fun environment, whilst ensuring everyone involved appreciates their colleagues contribution to the day. Participants will see people they work with in a different light and will benefit from improved working relationships back at base.

Alternatively the client may require classroom input and at the beginning and end of the team building exercise with observations made by an external training consultant which can be implemented back into the workplace after the event.
