We have a range of meeting rooms for hire at Ripon Racecourse in Yorkshire. These rooms can be used as a meeting, seminar or training venue for up to 70 attendees cabaret style. Situated on the second floor, all our Meeting Rooms offer a magnificent view across the racecourse.

We have 12 conference rooms for hire at Ripon Racecourse in Yorkshire. Rooms can be configured as boardroom, cabaret or theatre style, for 5 to 200 delegates. We can provide everything you need and you’ll find our conference facility team committed to making your day a success.

Ripon Racecourse provides a truly unique setting for your wedding.The Racecourse is licensed for Civil ceremonies and Civil partnerships and is also a stunning venue for Wedding receptions.

We now offer a range of training courses led by our qualified in-house instructors. We provide a comprehensive range of first aid training courses including OFSTED paediatric first aid as well as other Health & Safety courses.

The Wakeman 272 sqm - Situated in the heart of the racecourse on ground level conference room & party room. 150 delegates seated cabaret style, 200 Theatre. Terrace & grass area for outside activities or enjoying a well earned break.

The Rowels 127 sqm - Our largest meeting room comfortably seating up to 60 cabaret to 150 theatre style. Used as the main seminar or conference room in conjunction with any of our other rooms for breakout rooms.

Wells Room: 58 sqm - Seminars, training cabaret style for 30 delegates comfortably.

Armstrong Room: 51 sqm - Bright Modern atmosphere configurations for Cabaret, U-Shape, Boardroom, interview or school room can easily be organised within this space.

White Room: 42 sqm - Ideal for training cabaret style for up to 18 delegates.

Newton Room: 36 sqm - Bright corner room suitable for Boardroom layout for up to 16 people.

Johnston Room: 27 sqm - Small intimate space for six people to meet or to use as private space away from your main meeting.

The Newton Suite - All the above rooms have interconnecting doors. Booked for interviews with Anterooms or for meetings where a crèche is needed nearby.

Hutchinson & Wilmot Smith Rooms 31 sqm - Both similar in size & style for boardroom meetings, as interconnecting often used for meetings which need to split at intervals during the day.

All of the above rooms are located on the second floor having a magnificent view across the racecourse all with balconies giving you that breath of fresh air.

Coffee Lounge & Dining Room - Recently refurbished first floor area, with views around the racecourse, seating over 100 people. Our team are always on hand to ensure the coffee is fresh and superb healthy fork buffet lunches are ready when you are.

Outside - With 250 acres of open space, including a lake & and grassland the opportunities for Team Building and Family Fun Days are endless.

Our Commitment to You - To ensure your event runs smoothly, all leaders & delegates are met on arrival giving everyone a confident start to the day. All meeting rooms are prepared with your preferred layout with projector screen, Projector Table, Flipchart Stand & Paper & Pens, Conference Pads, Pencils.
